TERMS OF USE / TERMS OF SERVICE
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing, or using the Sanjal mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not install or use this application.
2. ACCOUNT ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION
- To use Sanjal, you must create an account providing a valid Name, Username, and Email address.
- You can securely log in using either your registered email or your unique username.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC) LICENSE & RIGHTS
- You retain all ownership rights to the text posts, custom backgrounds, and content you share on Sanjal.
- By posting content, you grant Sanjal a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and format your content inside the app, strictly adhering to your selected privacy settings (Public, Friends, Private).
- You maintain the absolute right to edit or delete your posts at any time.
4. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree not to use Sanjal to post, share, or transmit any content or engage in activities that:
- Are illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory.
- Infringe on any third-party intellectual property, copyright, or privacy rights.
- Contain malicious code, phishing links, scams, or attempts to hack or compromise other accounts.
5. ADMINISTRATOR RIGHTS AND ENFORCEMENT
To maintain a secure and friendly environment for all users, the App Administrator has full authority to execute the following enforcement actions:
- Issuing official warnings to users who violate these terms.
- Modifying or completely deleting inappropriate or reported posts.
- Suspending or permanently deleting accounts that violate policies, engage in malicious actions, or upon direct user request in case of a security breach.
6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Sanjal utilizes robust backend cloud services provided by Google Firebase and advanced AI translation workflows via Google AI Studio. Your use of Sanjal is also subject to the data governance frameworks of these respective third-party ecosystem providers.
7. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our application immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users of the application.
