 A Brief Introduction to Alital

Incessant rains started and while planting, huge snakes and snakes appeared, the fields were filled with water and all the fields were flooded, as a result all the farmers and bullocks drowned. The dreamer survived because she went home to cook food for the farmers, later Lord Shiva gave her darshan and she became a goddess and lived in a lake. In this way, the fields were filled with water and a huge lake was formed, hence the name of this lake was Alital. There is a religious belief that if you reach the heights of religious significance and do darshan with reverence, you will reach your heart. Devotees perform darshan and worship at the temples and places of goddesses on the north and east side of the lake. A fair is held here on Maghe Sankranti and Baisakh Sankranti (Bishu).
